Velocity Elite N2214W Accident Near Bullhead City, AZ
An amateur-built single-engine Velocity Elite, N2214W, was substantially damaged in an accident near Bullhead City, AZ, on March 17, 2023. The student pilot and flight instructor were aboard. No injuries were reported. The accident was caused by the student pilot's improper landing during crosswind conditions and the flight instructor's failure to take remedial action, resulting in a loss of control.  ·
