Actually probably too many. Too many G’s and you pass out. There’s a really cool documentary on Netflix about the The Blue Angels which explains a lot about these kinds of maneuvers, how difficult and how dangerous. It’s worth the watch.

I'm not an expert by any means but this doesn't look like he was in GLOC to me, aircraft looked to be under control and like he was pulling up when it made contact with the ground.

I bet he knew that he was in trouble when he went over the top & I also saw a slight hesitation jerk on the stick as the plane kinda jinked a bit when he was coming down & picking up speed along the way.
