In a daring emergency maneuver, a small plane found itself with its nose against the grassy field of a hockey club in Burzaco, a town in Buenos Aires. Miraculously, the pilot emerged unscathed from the incident.

The dramatic incident unfolded at approximately 6:00 p.m. on the grounds of the Pucará Sports Club, situated at the intersection of Falucho and Spain streets in the Almirante Brown district, located in the southern outskirts of Greater Buenos Aires.

The aircraft involved was an advertising plane, and its engine suddenly sputtered to a halt mid-flight, forcing the pilot, Gabriel Ostri, into a perilous situation. Ostri was compelled to execute a risky maneuver, which remarkably proved to be successful.

The sequence of events saw the plane initially collide with a grandstand, followed by crashing through a perimeter fence, ultimately coming to a rest with its nose buried in the ground.

Gustavo Jorge, the president of the Pucará club, characterized the incident as a stroke of fortunate misfortune. According to his account, the pilot recounted that he was conducting aerial advertising when his engine unexpectedly stalled. He attempted to restart it, only to experience a second engine failure. Realizing he wouldn't reach the Brown club as planned, he made a decisive move, avoiding a rugby field that was unoccupied at the time. In the process, he collided with a grandstand and ultimately ended up in his precarious position.

Jorge explained, "It was a fortunate stroke of misfortune because, within half an hour, the hockey team was scheduled to begin their training session."
