A single-engine amateur-built RV-14A, N412RS, crashed near Fallston, MD, on April 13, 2023. The aircraft sustained substantial damage. The pilot was the only person reported injured and was seriously hurt. The crash was caused by the pilot's failure to discontinue an unstabilized approach, which resulted in an aerodynamic stall and collision with terrain.  ·  ·
