I checked the NHS web site and they are still open and booking the fated City Sunset Tour, which is their most popular and truly romantic!

They should add a new FAQ.
Q: What happens if you lose a 'copter and pilot to a fiery crash?
A: We have spares. Your booked tour will not be impacted.

"Impacted" is a problematic word. Could we go with "affected" instead?
