On May 4, 2004, a helicopter belonging to WNBC, Channel 4, crashed into the roof of a Brooklyn apartment building. great video, I was actually watching my catch up on demand digital box yesterday and there is program called "is that a nail in your head?" and they basically show videos of people having insane accidents and then show now they were fixed up by the medical teams. this clip was on it and they had interviews with the pilot.

once saw one where someone did a base jump and chute didnt open and that was caught on film never seen that jump video anywhere else

I remember when this happened , I was 10 years old and was shopping with my mom at the sears across the street. Scary time
