Air National Guard C-130 Crashes onto Highway in Savannah, GA
A tragic incident occurred when a crew of nine Puerto Ricans were flying an Air National Guard C-130 into retirement in Arizona. The aircraft crashed onto a highway in Georgia shortly after taking off from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. The crash, which happened on state highway 21, was a terrifying sight as the massive plane narrowly missed hitting people on the ground and created an orange and black fireball in the sky. Remarkably, no cars or homes were struck despite the busy roadway. The aircraft's fuselage hit the median, and pieces of its wings, spanning 132 feet (40 meters), were scattered across lanes in both directions. Only the tail section remained intact. The C-130 was over 60 years old and belonged to the 156th Air Wing. It had been utilized for various missions, including rescuing U.S. citizens stranded in the British Virgin Islands after Hurricane Irma and ferrying supplies to Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. Tragically, there appeared to be no survivors in the crash. |

Must have been horrific, staring through the windshield straight at the ground, from a height of 100 feet. You KNOW it's all over.

That's chilling footage. The 60-year-old plane, which was being repaired in Savannah before it took off Wednesday morning. Maj. Paul Dahlen of the Puerto Rican National Guard told that the plane had been on its way to Arizona to be decommissioned. |

Tailplane seems in remarkably good condition.... unlike the crap that happened to the various ‘planes’ in the 9/11 scam. They vapourised into thin air, bodies and all.......
