There's no such thing as Psychopathic Personality Disorder. There is no official psychiatric diagnosis of "Psychopath". There is no such thing as primary or secondary psychopathy.

There's Antisocial Personality Disorder, and those who seem to have it to quick a severe/disturbed extent are generally described as being a 'psychopath'.

If you are indeed considered to be 'psychopath', you'd generally have spent your life in and out of jail, engaging in violent assault/sexual assault, be incapable of empathy or emotional experience of any great breadth/depth, be virtually incapable of sustaining any kind of relationship (friendship or romantic), have no remorse for any harm you have caused, and have a very limited capacity to control any of your impulses to engage in any of the above.
