Re: "The Yard Blues" A Reality Of Drugs And Prostitution
What always amazes me is that these women actually find customers that want to fuck them and pay money to do it. That is also a very scary, sad thing. |

don't feel one bit sorry for any of them.they made the choice doing the drugs as far as being the street whore they were more then likely forced to sell their ass by some uneducated pimp |

Re: "The Yard Blues" A Reality Of Drugs And Prostitution
Hunts point, I know it well. Was one of my old stomping grounds when I was a young punk growing up in The Bronx. I used to do business at the NYC Terminal Market and Fulton Fish Maket, though back then it was called the Hunts Point Market. It's the central and biggest wholesale produce market in NYC. Where all the hotels and restaurants get their produce and fish. It was a bad, bad, bad place back then. Still is one of the worst parts of The Bronx, but it used to be worse. I've seen all types of prostitutes, seen them getting beat up by their pimps, I've seen people shooting up, people get robbed, people get shot, stabbed and beatten. But I didn't drive through in a safe car tho, I used to WALK through that cess pool. |

I don't have any sympathy for them. No one forced them to stick a needle in their arm or sell their ass for drugs. All they do is pollute society and cause more issues such as diseases, etc. How many children might walk through there and possibly grab an infected needle. I am not without a heart as I would try to help them but most of them have no desire to kick their habits. |

Re: "The Yard Blues" A Reality Of Drugs And Prostitution
If that boyfriend spent more time trying to help the lass (like offering to accommodate her) instead of worrying whether or not he spends more time with her than she does her clients, she has a better chance of escaping that life. Sad really. Great post |
