here in phillipines BALUT is our midnight snack , its juice is so tasty , pair it with salt some times eaten with spiced vinegar .. 16week old duck egg steamed. u can actually try it . nutritous! ;) i say

back in hong kong i went to a phillipino restaurant and as a joke they served me up a balut egg... I didnt no wtf was going on, the smell!!! (this is when i was 12)
