Probably a type of botfly. So gross. Is this the type of parasite that they're talking about, when they say not to eat rabbits for certain parts of the year, due to parasite infestation? Belch! |

Exactly. You can eat them during the summer months, but...you need to check them for those larvae in the video. As far as the Tularemia (also known as "rabbit fever") teacherof2 spoke of, all you have to do is check their liver when you dress them and make sure it's clean.
