You're right, they're not Photoshopped. I've seen these types of clouds a lot. They normally occur in the vicinity of thunderstorms, and they're indication of violent turbulence. Very good post. ![]() |

best part of the summertime in the texas swampland, are the thunderstorms, utterly huge, with the most amazing skies, especially during sunset, nothing will ever compare to running naked through the heart of a f-5 hurricane (hurricane ike 2008). the sensation of seeing 80 foot pines touch the ground, the wind, and me screaming for all of gods wrath, naked in my yard completely susceptible to all flying debris... oh god i have a stiffy just thinking about it badass post, storms rule ![]() ![]() |
