Those jags in the mouth are so unpleasant, a really weird feeling so different from normal ones in the arm.

I have one implant and need two more. The only pain is the initial needle. Once the bone that was fractured in my case was removed and replaced, there really wasn't any pain, although I do have a high tolerance. I have great oral hygience, but, some meds, including birth control pills, which I should have figured out, can destroy your teeth. I'm keeping mine and an implant is as close to natural as you can get. My doctors who did the first one were great. One was a teacher so they took pictures of each step.
