I don't know where you live, but they publicize the information about rocket launches such as dates and times at both the Cape and Vandenberg.

I live in the UK, in Gloucestershire, I'm in the town where Tolkien lived while writing the Lord of The Rings trilogy, hence The Shire :)

Aha... yah, well, if you ever plan a visit to the U.S., more specifically California or Florida, keep an eye on the websites from Vandenberg AFB or Cape Canaveral and see when they're going to launch. It happens on a near monthly basis.
