Hmmm funny I was just watching on NAtional Geographic about these fish parasites, and they are mostly known for swimming up into the urethra of men, women were never mentioned as being an easy target..IN countries it is the men that usually who a walk into the water to spear fish for food, and at the same time when nature calls they whip it out and once they warmth of the urine gets into the water these little critters swim right in and up there and latch on with their spikes..They even showed an actual victim as it happened! And boy did that man scream..Women were never even mentioned as ever being victims.
