Re: The Tar From 400 Cigarettes
I gave up smoking back in 2001 when I realised I was finding it tougher to keep my fitness up and as a Military instructor of Basic Trainees I was expected to run with kids half my age...I was never a speed freek but I had stamina and weight carrying abilities but we have to sacrifice things if we wish to do what we did when many years younger. I am convinced the extra fitness and stamina I gained within 6-18 months saved my arse several times whilst out in Iraq when darting from building to vehicle or vice a versa speed is important and that zzipting or thwack hitting the tarmac close behind you makes you realise even a few inches faster over 5 yards can save your ass!!

Re: The Tar From 400 Cigarettes
It is actually worse when you quit smoking and then go back on it since your lungs go into recovery process. When you relapse and start again it does more damage to your (current status: repairing lungs) so you might as well quit or just continue smoking which ever you prefer. Weed is just necessary, very necessary.

Re: The Tar From 400 Cigarettes
400 cigs = a pack a day (average for most smokers that I know) X 20 a pack for 20 days. Thats pretty nasty for less than a month of smoking.
