I smoked for about 10 years, have it up long ago though. My lungs still haven't fully recovered, my Doctor tells me they probably never will.

I won't deny cigarettes are bad for you, but the average smoker(among my friends/family who smoke, not a big sampling I'll concede) goes through a 1/2 pack to a pay a day.

Assuming a full pack on any given day, that's a years worth of tar in 4 hours.

if you smoke a pack a day 400 cigs are less than a months worth. I smoke but I dont smoke at all 2 days a week to give my lungs a time to clean themselves up and I limit myself to 10 cigs max any certain day. I also smoke weed though. No limit on that unless I cant get any.

never!! it's essentially bud oil and ash... they charge a lot of money for that! i've never been one to let resin go to waste.

i love putting a nice glob of resin in a fresh bowl of weed....heaven.
