I live about 5 min away from this place, its old Military Housing that hasn't been used in about 15 years. ill post the wiki link about it as well.

Almost sure its a deer. There is a whole community of Fox up there that probably eat it.

That snow had only fallen 3 days ago, and in a lot of the photos you can see fox tracks walking around. I wasn't trying to get them in the photos, they are just EVERYWHERE so that's a lot of fox in the area for 3 days worth of tracks.

They use it for urban ops training with some reserve infantry units now as well.
