Wrong. It's a synthetic type of morphine. I have taken Temgesic which is another version. It's great. But these guys are dissolving tabs in water. (The tabs are in a format that was supposed to prevent abuse) And since the tabs are designed to NOT dissolve just so that addicts can't inject it there are particles left over. They inject the solution with the particles and when they get it in an artery it goes into the tissue and clogs the capillaries. This causes the tissue to die.
