 totally fucked up. Surprised myself how he's still alive due to how fucked up his infected legs are.I want to know why the fuck he hasn't had an op to remove the leg to the knee to stop any further infection. I suppose he was just wheeled out of there after this with the bones exposed like that  |

To begin with this is not Heroin addiction. It's Koaxil which is much worse. They crush the tablets and mix with water to inject. But the tablets are designed to be orally taken and not for injection. The crushed tablets will not dissolve completely and so they clog the veins and the tissue dies. Also this was PRE OP. They remove the dead portion and then take him in for surgery to remove infected tissue and close the wound. "This video shows a male patient, 26yo with a hepatitis C, dry gangrene of the foot and a wet gangrene of the thigh - the result of intravenous injections of Koaxil - new drug that is popular among heroin-addicted people because of the price (cheaper than opioids) and easy access (most of the Russian pharmacies sell it without a prescription). The tool that was used to cut the bones is called "Gigli" saw. The procedure shown on video was needed because of the potential contamination and/or ethical concerns. that is pretty hardcore to hold your leg and watch them remove it like that. sad thing is, this guy will just go out and use the same drug again and again (if he even has another again left) until he dies, which isn't far off. he obviously has been already been having problems with the other foot but it doesn't seem like anything stops these coaxil drug addicts. in the US we get fed a bunch of lies to try to keep us away from drugs. in russia, they don't need to feed them lies. they can see the truth of drug addiction on the street. "hey johnny, see that gang of teenagers with no hands to fire weapons and no legs to go into the baggy pants they can't wear? that's what happens when you use coaxil." you take your left foot off, take you right hand off, take your left leg off and throw it in the trash you do the hokey pokey when your high on coaxil that's what its all about |
