Let's take the bikes away...
A group of people are running together for an annual event taking up a public street. A SUV is driving slower than the runners. One runner decides to get in front of the SUV and slow him down so other runners can pass. In the process of slowing the driver down, he gets hit. Runners behind couldn't see what happened beside a runner getting hit. When the car stops one runner approaches the car. The driver doesn't want to get out of the car because there's 100 runners nearby standing around and watching what's going on. A runner tries to open the door to get the driver out of the car. The driver feels intimated because 100 runners are standing around. (No, the runners standing around don't have any guns, knives or chains and are peacefully watching.) The runner who was trying to get the driver out of the car starts walking away and the driver decides to flee. The driver runs over multiple people in front of him who were just standing there watching. One is now in the hospital with serious injuries and may never walk again.
Still wish that was a steam roller?
And when you say threaten a family..can you tell me what happened to the other people inside the car?

You can't take the bikes out, if so, lets say we take out the range rover and replace it with a shopping cart... stick to the story

The bikers sped up around the driver and rode recklessly close, as you can see in the video that one jackass biker stopped short merely a few feet in front of a large SUV. The driver of the SUV was concentrating on everything else going on around him, no way can he focus on one lousy rider to front corner of his car. I have biker friends, they make sure to stay far from large moving objects. I also ride my bicycle in traffic, i don't stop short in front of cars.

Crash happens and the car is surrounded by angry bikers (this is their mistake). Separate the accident scene to a few bikers with the driver and all of this would have been avoided. In this situation, where a bunch of angry and curious bikers are surrounding you and your family.... ANY FAMILY MAN would have done the exact same thing! I would have killed all of them to protect my family. It's INSTINCT

Instead, those roaches should have got his tag and reported it to the cops. Boom, a felony hit and run for the driver and no dangerous chase scene. But no they want to start more shit. Some of the bikers were smashing windows on the sides of the baby and wife (unfucking called for!)

Now, because the bikers acted like immature uneducated children, the driver is not charged with hit and run, someone is crippled for life, and a baby had to witness savages first hand.
