Has nothing to do with race and more to do with social and global economic levels in the certain areas. Africa is dirt fucking poor and same with most of Asia...if white people lived there they would be poor just the same. Therefore have less opportunity for education and advancement of intelligence!

I have to agree with you there. There are much harsher conditions in Africa and some of the other lower average IQ countries and there is also a lower emphasis on education.

The difference in average IQ is partial genetic, caused by natural selection after whites and east asians migrated out of africa. Discrimination is obviously not the cause of this because Asians have received just as much discrimination as blacks and hispanics in the US, yet within a few generations, they were able to join the elites. That is something that environmentalists/liberals often ignore.

Race differences in intelligence is the reason Africa is so poor (not the other way around.) C,hina is poor, yet it has a high IQ. This is because their economy is retarded by communism. However, unlike Africa, China's economy is greatly increasing. Also, IQ is the reason that blacks score extremely poorly on SAT tests and earn considerably lower wages. IQ is also the reason why Blacks cause much more violent crimes than Whites, and Whites cause more violent crimes than East Asians.
