It costs the taxpayers $169 000 per year to rehabilitate Carla in prison and now she is free. Free to go on welfare. Back in Uganda, criminals are treated like criminals.

In a deal reached in her plea bargain, she will never be tried for the murder of her sister Tammy. Karla got some drugs, used to put animals to sleep during operations, which were used in an attempt to drug Tammy. Paul and Karla were going to drug her, and rape her. Tammy died choking on her own vomit! A victim who survived Paul and Karla, known only as girl x, stated that Karla was just as sexually perverse as Paul. Oddly enough, all the girls that were killed had their long hair cut, which a lot of people including myself have a good idea that Karla did the cutting. |
