It would be REALLY nice if this house was taken over by a museum and preserved as it is, as a complete display of 1920 living. What a fabulous time capsule!

The issue with this house is what you don't see, the electrical when be easily overloaded with todays electrical needs not to mention the wiring back then used paper wrapping. It would need to be rewired. Plumbing, the deck needs to be redone, the water damage in the upper floors how long has that been going on? what damage? it can add up real quick. termite damage can be unbelievable. But as a period piece it cool but in the real world it could be a nightmare if you don't know what your doing
