The hoptial was built in 1879 and closed down in 1999 where it has been derelict since. There were patient files, forceps, various medical tools and all sorts of shit lying around.

I wish I had climbed the fence and got some snaps of Christchurch Womens Hospital. It never occurred to me to do it even though I lived only some 500 meters away from it for 3 odd years after the earthquakes here
