I`m usually on the cops side but not this time. The dude was pleading for air and kept saying I cant breath. He was resisting because his body was fighting for air. If the cops gave him a chance to sit up and breath he would have been compliant. If he played up again then they could have dealt with him according again.

UNBELIEVABLE, I have No Words for this tragedy. This was the son of my mom's ex-boyfriend from back when I was about 12. We've been spending a lot of time with Ron (his father) since this happened. Kelly was a paranoid schizophrenic who had been living on the street after refusing countless offers to stay with his father.
