Photographer Rolf Maeder managed to capture multiple lightning strikes hitting the Grand Canyon under atmospheric stormy skies. A long exposure made it possible to catch two lightning bolts with one shot. The foreground was light-painted with a flashlight by his friend Scott. The image was shot from Moran Point on the South Rim of the canyon.
