Mother Kills Toddler by Keeping Him at the Park for Two Days
 The death of a toddler whose lifeless body was found in a swing being pushed by his mother in May has been ruled a homicide.Investigators in Maryland say 3-year-old Ji'Aire Lee died from dehydration and hypothermia after he was put in the swing on May 20 and found by cops two days later, it was revealed Tuesday. Ji'Aire and ***** were discovered by Charles County sheriff's deputies at Wills Memorial Park in La Plata after a neighbor who had seen them the night before called the police. ***** suffers from depression and bipolor disorder and had 'some kind of psychotic episode' in the park, her mother, Vontasha *****, 47, said. She had also suffered a mental breakdown in February and does not remember what happened in the park at the time her son's death, family members told the Washington Post. ***** was pushing her child for a total of 44 hours on the swing. The autopsy revealed the toddler died due to dehydration and hypothermia. When police arrived ***** did not appear to realize her son was deceased or how long she had been at the park  · |

Crazy mothers who destroy their own children are as common as sand on a beach. Usually they are more subtle about it though. |

There's no humane way to just kill a 3 year old. They are old enough to sort of know something's going on and yet not old enough to do much. I just wonder how he didn't scream and cry after a while and call attention.... That's a slow painful way to go.

Agreed. The mother was allowed to go to the funeral and cried the whole time while the dad held her hand. Mentally ill or no I wouldn't have allowed her at a funeral she caused.....

Yeah, it's super sad she was mentally ill but if I was another relative she'd be getting nowhere near the funeral. There are consequences and your toddle dying is more than an oopsie
