Fred Waldron Phelps, Sr. is a disbarred lawyer. On July 20, 1979, Phelps was permanently disbarred from practicing law in the state of Kansas. In 1985, nine Federal judges filed a disciplinary complaint against Phelps and five of his children, alleging false accusations against the judges. In 1989, the complaint was settled; Phelps agreed to stop practicing law in Federal court permanently, and two of his children were suspended for periods of six months and one year. He lost it due to PERJURY. That means he is a liar (you know, one of the TEN COMMANDMENTS). He is a Five-Point Calvinist. This means basically that you can't get to Heaven unless God called you to be saved And you were only called because you were predestined to go to Heaven. Which means some people are predestined to go to Hell. If you are predestined to go to hell, then you have no ability to be atoned for your sins. That is, No Forgiveness. "Irresistible grace": This doctrine, also called "efficacious grace," asserts that the saving grace of God is effectually applied to those whom he has determined to save (that is, the elect) and, in God's timing, overcomes their resistance to obeying the call of the gospel, bringing them to a saving faith. This means that when God sovereignly purposes to save someone, that individual certainly will be saved. The doctrine holds that every influence of God's Holy Spirit cannot be resisted, but that the Holy Spirit, "graciously causes the elect sinner to cooperate, to believe, to repent, to come freely and willingly to Christ." The opposite is true as well. Now if good ol' Fred is saved, then how can he sin? Lying is supposed to be a major sin right? Bumping dicks wasn't mentioned in the TEN COMMANDMENTS( Charlton Heston voice), but lying was. maybe he should be told. |
