ah yes nero said it best when he looked at baby "little boots" and said out loud "im raising a viper in the bossom" nero was JUST as bad if not worse. Nero had a wife pregnant with his child. He gave a speech and during the speech dropped a ceptor. After his speech was over before leaving the crowd he asked his wife what she thought and she said something along the lines of "you did excellant my lord even though you dropped the ceptor" he was so outraged by her he kicked her in her stomach till she died. RIGHT in front of this horrified crowd.
