At about 7:50 you can see, that the workers store unused relief supplies in a remote part of the asylum. There was help from the west from the very beginning. Also the young doctor at 4:30 reports about the workers not being interested in making things any better for the children. They're not "doing, what they can"; they're doing nothing. |

I have seen this a long time ago and still can not bear to watch the whole thing. Those children would have thrived in better conditions. So much self abuse due to neglect is visible that I wish I could reach threw the screen and save these children
