Eh, they just use only values > than 0°:

332,54 = 360 - 332,54 = -27,46

still not the same picture. wtf i must be looking in the wrong place,, when i get it im gona view it through all the cameras, and satelltie images and stick em in here for you.

yes, mate, almost correct (just check the lat, it's 28,38° ) while lng is -27.46°, (or 332.54° W)
Basically, the lat coordinates are set on negative

the only red stipe in the circled area would be
E1000462
It's a very useful tool for MOC images, especially when you want to know if there are more images of the same area (in this case, no more photos were taken in the subsequent 4 years)
