My friend is transgendered. Known her a hundred years, way back when she was still a he. It's kind of fascinating to watch the transformation over the years. First she got tits, took speech classes to soften her tone etc. and classes on how to 'move in a feminine way'. Then it was off to get her cheekbones done. On the other side of the country for some reason. Next it was down to Thailand for facial feminization surgery. They apparently sanded/shaved down her brow ridges and her trachea. I could barely see any difference, which pissed her off because it is apparently my job to tell her how beautiful and lady-like she is looking. *eyeroll* I don't have the heart to tell her that every time she laughs, every person within 100' instantly knows she's still got plenty of dude left in her.
