The above water footage appears to be filmed just off the edge of a shaded, rocky shore below a cliff. The underwater footage with the shark seems to be somewhere in open water with full sunlight.

At one point you can see the shark swim right where the rocky cliff would be, yet there are no rocks underwater.

fake. The quick and shaky transitions every time he surface/submerge is a editing trick

edited vid. also two diff sharks. body/tail markings on its left side at 45 secs first shark and at 1.05 second shark.

Jump Rock is popular with young people and Manly Council has tried to prevent jumpers by installing tall fences around the site.

maybe this vid is made as some final attempt to scare people off making the jump ?
