They need to get some better intel and try and close off certain areas. Some strongarm tactics are being used, but I don't think that's the ultimate solution. What's your opinion? I'd get the Army in to snatch these fuckers off the streets. Let them use rubber bullets too if necessary. It wouldn't be hard to pin point who's up to no good out there, Almost every single one I've seen has a scarf or hood covering their face.
