Re: Kitty Came in with Tummy Ache
The owner said that she noticed her hair ties missing from time to time. she just thought they fell behind the dresser etc. We counted a total of 18 "scunchies"? and and 4 various sized rubber band hair ties. Owner said it must have been going on for several months. cat made full recovery.

Re: Kitty Came in with Tummy Ache
*Rewatched video* I originally thought it was one long length of cord. I'm glad my hair is too short now for elastic ties; my catlets would have done the same thing. Glad to hear the little elastic-eater is fine now. Out of curiousity, how pricey are those procedures? I know the anaesthetics take up most of the cost. |

Re: Kitty Came in with Tummy Ache
That pica cat cost them $1400.00 , not including initial diagnoses. radiographs, office visit etc...that was about $200.00

Re: Kitty Came in with Tummy Ache
My cat also had pica with plastic wrappers, never would've known till one day he was just walking around with a piece of plastic sticking out of his bottom that I had to gently pull out. Fortunately I guess it wasn't that bad since he was able to eat and go properly and lived to see 20.
