I dont mess with jailbait, and Im not sticking up for the pervert in the article, but 15 is hardly an innocent person now, everybody has an image that once they see a guy over 18 and shes under 18 hes a dirty pervert, but realistically I live in the real world most of these "kids" will cut your throat or have sex with you FASTER THAN OTHER ADULTS! Is anybody clear if the parents pressed charges or the girl did not welcome the advances? |

Legally she's incapable of giving consent, so it doesn't matter. But yeah, putting an arbitrary age on such things isn't ideal. If a girl is mature enough that she can seek out sex, why should it be a crime for a man to fuck her? |
