Actually, there are a lot of people who die among pro football players, almost all because of heartattacks. A friend of a friend of mind also collapse on the field during a competition and later died on the way to the hospital, because of a heart attack. For a sport that's just played on a field without any dangerous attributes or in a dangerous environment, a damn lot of people die during football matches, especially in UEFA and FIFA leagues.
