A lot of people don't know that hippos account for more deaths in Africa than crocodiles do. They are not only incredibly massive animals, but very territorial and can snap the biggest crocs in half no problem, and that's just 1 hippo alone.

There's also a reason when people are in boats in Africa they don't worry about anything in the water except for hippos...if you come into their territory they will capsize your boat and bite you until you're dead with 12-inch tusks. Crocodiles won't mess with boats.
