A grandfather traveling with his young grandson from California were taking pictures of a giant Bison at Yellowstone National Park when the beast stood up and chased the old guy and kid before throwing him up in the air.

At Bridge Bay Campground, the grandfather and his grandson were walking along the road completely respecting the 25-yard wildlife boundary rule. They were targeted at random after a passing white pickup truck further agitated the already aggressive bull.

The grandson has communicated with rescuers and noted that while his grandfather is recovering from his severe hip trauma, he is "not out of the woods yet."

“He is not out of the woods yet.” Well then get him out of the woods before another bison attacks him. 🤣

That’s a huge animal.

I’m glad I’m watching it and not running from it.

Park officials renewed warnings about keeping a safe distance.

I bet gramps will have a few bruises after that toss

I'd be up that tree faster than a squirrel.

Well, what would you do then, when the Squirrels got their hands on you?!?!

Have you not even been listening to the dastardly deeds done by the Squirrel Elements?

.

[yah]

They were impressed.

Granddad should hit some Granddaddy Purple to help ease the pain during recovery.
