Granddad Thrown into the Air by Charging Bison at Yellowstone After Taking Pics
A grandfather traveling with his young grandson from California were taking pictures of a giant Bison at Yellowstone National Park when the beast stood up and chased the old guy and kid before throwing him up in the air.   At Bridge Bay Campground, the grandfather and his grandson were walking along the road completely respecting the 25-yard wildlife boundary rule. They were targeted at random after a passing white pickup truck further agitated the already aggressive bull. The grandson has communicated with rescuers and noted that while his grandfather is recovering from his severe hip trauma, he is "not out of the woods yet." |
