yes and the fact that it appears to be standing upright as if though it was just walking....had it died it would have fallen over or something....unless it was flash frozen

Maybe it fell through thin ice and died trying to swim out...when you enlarge it you can see where someone has been ice skating quite close....curious picture non the less.
