Domestic Galago
A galago, commonly known as a bushbaby or nagapie in Africa, meaning little night monkey, is a small nocturnal primate native to sub-Saharan Africa. These little creatures belong to the family Galagidae and include over 20 recognized species, with some experts suggesting more await discovery. They are part of the strepsirrhine group of primates (like lemurs and lorises), not monkeys in the stricter sense. They are arboreal (tree-dwelling), moving by clinging to branches and making impressive leaps—sometimes over 2 meters (6+ feet) in a single bound—to catch prey or move between trees. On the ground, they hop upright like tiny kangaroos. |

They are docile in ones and twos, but they are known to go feral in larger groups.
