Nah i actually think thats real you couldnt get a robotic tongue to look that realistic. but i guess it could be the dog was given anesthetics and then they just put its head through a hole in the table. either way really cool idea and yes we should do it on a person. but not because the poor doggy got hurt :( its a dog get over it
