Darlie Routier is a woman from Rowlett, Texas who was convicted of murdering her young son Damon, and is currently on death row awaiting execution by lethal injection. Though it is widely believed that she killed both her sons, Damon and Devon, she was only prosecuted for Damon's death, and was subsequently found guilty. It's a common misconception that she was tried and convicted of killing both children. The children were stabbed to death in the family's home on June 6, 1996. Routier also sustained knife wounds, which prosecutors claimed were self-inflicted. On June 18th, 2008, a court granted her request to re-test blood evidence using more current DNA technology.

I remember her having a birthday party for one of her boys at his grave, with silly string and balloons. It was on the news.  Maybe there's video of it somewhere. For some reason I can't post vids. |

This had a C&P special called Mothers who kill..I would hate to be the child looking back into your own mothers eyes as she was killing you.Lethal injection is just to good for these type of killers.
