also, when they were showing the rescue crews working, did you see that guy wrap the rope around his wrist and hand? How fucking bad of an idea is that? Even with just a 185lb. dead weight on the end I almost got my thumb yanked off on accident when the rope twirled on it.

Sorry to say but their government should have sterilized them. If these parents were so bent on having children their government should have allowed them to adopt orphans either from their country or from another country.
