Billy Bob Thorton's Daughter Responsible for Death of Infant
The estranged daughter of actor Billy Bob Thornton has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the death of a friend's one-year-old daughter during an overnight stay at her home. Amanda Brumfield was sentenced today, four months after she was convicted of aggravated manslaughter of a child. She was acquitted of first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges.Brumfield claimed that Olivia Madison Garcia hit her head after falling while trying to climb out of a playpen. Prosecutors said it was 'impossible' that a fall from that height would cause a three-and-a-half inch fracture on the girl's skull and bleeding and swelling to her brain. Her sentencing came after her application for a new trial was denied. When the judge asked Brumfield if she had anything to say, she managed a single sentence before breaking down. 'I miss Olivia just as much as anybody does,' she said. Brumfield has two children of her own as well as a stepchild. Olivia was a frequent presence in her home, and treated as part of the family, the defence said. The 32-year-old was found guilty in June. A source close to her told RadarOnline.com her defence team plan to file an appeal immediately. Billy Bob claims he is no longer in contact with his eldest daughter. He has been married five times and has had four children by three women. His first marriage, in the late seventies, was to Amanda Brumfield's mother, Melissa Parish. After Brumfield was charged in relation to the child's death in 2008, an autopsy revealed the baby had suffered a fractured skull and a brain injury due to blunt trauma - a physical injury to the head. She said she noticed the baby's tongue was bleeding after the supposed fall from her playpen and cleaned it with a paper towel. Brumfield claimed she then played with the child, who seemed 'happy', and fed her bananas and fruit snacks. She also told police she lay the child next to her on the couch and fell asleep. When she later woke and went to take the child back to the playpen, she found her body was limp, she said. Police say Brumfield's call for help did not come until two-and-a-half hours after the original fall.   |

Most Crazy Mothers kill their own children by 'scrambling their brains' and killing their souls while still leaving the bodies appearing 'healthy'.

This happened in 2008 and she wasn't found guilty until June of 2015?
