Yeah I was in Russia in 2005. I went to Moscow and then on to Novosibirsk Siberia. The apts looked like our projects and the woman comming out of them looked like models out of a magazine. I must add not all the apts looked bad.

I've been trying to learn to crochet with the help of YouTube. The Russian crochet, knitting, lace-making is absolutely stunning. Beautiful yarn.

I don't think I explained myself very clearly. On YouTube there are crochet and knitting from many countries. The only problem is they are in the originating country's native language. If you want to make what they are showing you, you just have to follow along on the video. Hard to do but so cool if you can get it.
