I've seen a woman get stoned to death, she was running through a crowd and they were stripping the clothes off her. When she was full naked they started throwing rocks at her and only stopped so some guy could go and see if she was still alive. She was and the rocks started again. The rocks were about the size of a small fist, some people threw them softly while others threw with everything they had. The younger men seemed to delight in the fact that they got to kill someone, they would throw a few rocks and then jump around like monkeys, celebrating the occasion while screaming with joy. Some of the women spat at her. I don't know what she did but if death was called for then they should have just used a machette to lob off her head. Some people believe that africa is the cradle of all life, i just think they're all animals. |

There's a film called the Stoning Of Soraya M about a woman in Iran who gets stoned for adultery. It's way over dramatised, and they didn't even wrap her up, presumably coz they wanted the audience to see her face get bloodied.
