One way around their little protest, torch the house and call it an accident.

Re: The Abandoned Mansion of Steve Jobs

Amazing pics. And I always found it interesting, here in America.. the land of the free.. you can still have groups of assholes (or as they call themselves in this instance, "preservationists") who try to tell you what you can and cannot do with your own personal fucking property. LOL.
Thats why you have no history Only cardboard houses.

Please tell me somebody saved that pipe organ. I know some of the trumpets are missing and damaged, but they could be replaced. That instrument is a real piece of history!

So he had the money to travel to get a liver. Not sure that makes him an asshole. The article says anyone with the money and the means can get a transplant quicker than someone who dosen't. I'm sure you would have done the same if you were wealthy enough to do it.

Re: The Abandoned Mansion of Steve Jobs

The fact he had to go to court because he wanted to demolish his own property he bought with his hard earned money is sad.

So the house stays upright and what do the "preservers" get out of it? Historic value? Give me a break..it's not a mayan temple or mt. rushmore tear the bitch down.

Re: The Abandoned Mansion of Steve Jobs

Where were the so-called preservationists in 1984 when the property was for sale. If they wanted it so bad, they should have bought it and do with it as they pleased. Instead, they wait until some one comes up with the cash and then pretend to tell him what to do with his own property. I am sure the clowns did not offer to pay the real estate property tax revenue Jobs was paying to the town. Give me a break!
